Jessica Morgan, CEO & Co-Founder
Jessica has been a title review specialist and litigation paralegal for the last 14 years. She has been pursuing a career in the legal field since the age of 8 when she unceremoniously announced that one day, she would be an Attorney and own the Biltmore House in Asheville, North Carolina. While the latter of that proclamation was nothing more than a childhood dream, she is currently in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia in their ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program with a 3.95 GPA. She graduated with Distinction in December 2019 with her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. Jessica is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, both of which are nationally recognized honor societies. She is also Minoring in Gerontology. She served as Secretary & Treasurer of the UNG Paralegal Club in 2018 and is a Member of the Atlanta Paralegal Association. At age 16, Jessica was provided an internship opportunity as a Legal Receptionist for Attorney and Forsyth County Magistrate Judge Phill Bettis in Alpharetta, Georgia and has been working with various attorneys ever since. Jessica works full-time for Phill Bettis, in addition to her part-time work with other attorneys and owning Southern Charm and another company performing heir-finding services. Jessica plans on attending Law School at Georgia State University and focusing in the areas of Elder Care, Probate & Estate Planning and Healthcare Law. Jessica and her husband, Robert Rowe are the Managing Members of Southern Charm Virtual Paralegal Services, LLC. Her hope is that through Southern Charm Virtual Paralegal Services, she can assist attorneys with making their practices more productive and profitable in the ever-changing environment of law. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing with her three dogs, traveling, and stand-up paddleboarding.
